About Tiff
I’ve always believed in transformation not just in hair, but in life. My journey began at 20 years old, right when Clay Terrace in Carmel first opened. I landed in a luxury salon, wide-eyed and ready to learn. Back then, every client seemed to want the same thing — a bob. I cut so many bobs in 2007 that I honestly joke I could do one in my sleep. (Don’t worry — I keep my eyes open now!)
From there, I opened my first Sola Studio and fully immersed myself in education — Balayage, French cutting, and every advanced technique I could find. I traveled to Chicago and California to train with industry leaders, kept learning in Modern Salon and other trade circles, and expanded into additional studio spaces. Over the years I became certified in Brazilian Blowouts, perfected tape-in techniques, and styled countless private events, weddings, and charity benefits.
In 2017 I went all-in on luxury hand tied hair extensions. I was laser-focused on becoming the best. I flew to California, Utah, Arizona, and Las Vegas to train with top luxury methods and became certified in three major techniques including the Invisible Bead method. I opened an exclusive four-chair extension studio offering luxury lived-in color and extensions, invested heavily in business and marketing coaching, and began training and mentoring the next generation of stylists.
Today I’m known for offering one of the most-requested, least-damaging luxury extension methods — Invisible Bead Extensions — no heat, no glue, and flawlessly blended from root to tip. I was one of the first to bring luxury hand-tied and invisible bead extensions to Indiana, and many clients travel from out of state for the private, high-end experience.

A Little About Me
I’m chatty when you want to talk, and I can roll with whatever mood you bring. I’m your biggest cheerleader and I’ll always be honest and I’ll cuddle you when you need it. I love fashion, shoes, travel, wine, and a good laugh. I’m a Virgo, I binge business books and podcasts (yes — Gary V is on my favorites list), and I keep a relentless focus on growth, systems, and problem solving.

At home I have three Persian cats who are basically my children: Jazzy (the sweet one), Leo (the baby who thinks he’s a person), and Cosmo (a sparkly little character). People always say my cats aren’t normal they act more like dogs or tiny roommates and that’s exactly how I like it.
